You Can't Make Prayer Illegal (Can You?)

A Wisconsin judge, a Solon believing herself to be wiser than Washington and Lincoln, has ruled the President's proclamation of the annual National Day of Prayer to be unconstitutional.

Technically, the ruling challenges not a NDOP per se, but US governmental recognition of the day. However, the ruling flies in the face of over 200 years of practice. (Stare decisis is only important to these judges if it's protecting abortion.)

Do you want to do something about it? First, plan now to attend local NDOP events, such as the one at Temple City Park at 6:30-7:30 PM on Thursday, May 6.

Second, I urge you to take a stand. Go sign the petition in support of NDOP.

See you there, at the Day of Prayer.
